1. Statutory Rights & Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period) In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you hold the right to cancel your order and return the goods within a 14-day cooling-off period. This period begins the day after you, or a designated third party, physically receive the items. You may return the items for any reason during this standard timeframe, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
2. Refund Timeline Upon receiving your returned items, or receiving verifiable proof of postage, we will process your full refund without undue delay. By law, your refund—including the standard delivery costs—will be issued within 14 days. Funds will be securely credited back to your original method of payment.
3. Faulty Goods (Short-Term Right to Reject) We pride ourselves on the uncompromising quality, craftsmanship, and colour of our garments. However, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, should you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have a short-term right to reject the goods. You are entitled to request a full refund, or a repair/replacement, within 30 days of receiving the faulty product.
